All public announcements are made here, and decisions are revealed to the people.
After past events, the square serves not as a gathering place, but as a reminder.
Curia Altior
(High Court)
The primary complex where decisions become official. The three main decision-makers and their councils convene here.
This is not a place of judgment, but a place of conclusions.
Domus Eburna
(Ivory Tier)
The residential district of Velarium’s nobility.
High walls and restricted access define the area. Visibility here is not power, but risk.
Archivum Ratio
(The Ledger Hall)
The structure where records and knowledge are preserved. In Velarium, information is never erased only access to it is sealed.
This is the district directly connected to Aurex.

Via Consilium
(Council Way)
The main route connecting Curia Altior to other official structures. Ceremonies and formal processions take place along this path. It is not open for daily use.
Custodia
(The Watch)
The center of surveillance and early warning.
Ordo, the Morin direction, and the outer borders are observed from here. Its purpose is awareness rather than defense.
Gradus Inferior
(Lower Ascent)
The transitional zone between Velarium and Ordo. It belongs fully to neither Velarium nor Ordo. Those who are summoned or sent away pass through this route.
